Restaurant Manager - Egyptian Nationals in Ashdod, Israel

A well-established restaurant in Ashdod is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction, and managing the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new dishes or improve existing ones
- Conduct performance reviews for employees and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (Hebrew is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
