Restaurant Manager - Ashdod, Israel


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a busy restaurant in Ashdod, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all standards are met
- Hire, train, and manage staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and discuss goals
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Good understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or Israeli citizenship preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This is a contract position for an Indian candidate with English proficiency. Applicants without prior experience will also be considered.
