Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans, drawings and models for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, engineers and other team members to ensure that designs meet client specifications and adhere to building codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Salary: $1800 per month

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans, elevations, sections and details for residential and commercial buildings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that designs meet project requirements and comply with building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design concepts
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
