We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Loader, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles. Your main duties will include operating forklifts and other equipment, organizing and stacking materials, and ensuring that all items are properly loaded for transportation. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles
- Organize and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure that all items are properly loaded for transportation according to company standards
- Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate loading activities
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions before use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a loader or similar role preferred but not required
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (on-the-job training may be provided)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) repeatedly throughout the day
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have valid work visa/permit if not a citizen of the United States
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed
