Caregiver for Elderly in Bergen, Norway



We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team and provide quality care for elderly individuals in Bergen, Norway. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and support to the elderly person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support for the elderly person
- Monitor changes in health or behavior and report any concerns to healthcare professionals
- Accompany the elderly person to appointments or social activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the elderly person

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role
- Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good understanding of basic medical procedures (e.g. administering medication)
- Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
- Valid work permit/visa (if applicable)
