Administrative Manager
We are in need of a reliable and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and data entry clerks.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Keep track of office expenses and maintain budgetary control.
- Handle employee concerns and issues in a timely manner.
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Medina. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
