Information Technology Manager - Mauren, Switzerland


We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Information Technology Manager to join our team in Mauren, Switzerland. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. You will work closely with other departments to identify and address their technology needs and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest technological advancements. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
- Oversee network security measures to protect company data from potential threats.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and other services.
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, server maintenance, cloud-based platforms, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
