Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing files, and communicating with clients and vendors. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Liaise with clients and vendors
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 900$ per month
City: Umm-Said
