Administrative Assistant - Egyptian Nationals
We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Egyptian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication with clients and colleagues.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent time management and multitasking skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills. Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Salary: $1500 per month
