Executive Chef
We are a renowned restaurant in Al Ahmadi seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the leader of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing food and labor costs, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative dishes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that reflect current culinary trends and seasonality
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including ordering, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and lead kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and catering services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of creating successful menus
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
