We are a fast-growing solar company based in Akron, seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly secured during installation
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper functioning of installed systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation process
- Communicate with team members and customers in a professional manner
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
