We are in need of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Mombasa. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining punch press machines to punch holes or other shapes in metal, plastic or other materials. This job requires precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work with various types of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate punch press machines according to specifications
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working order
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of hole placement
- Work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and other materials as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating punch press machines
- Basic understanding of blueprints and measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise tasks
- Experience with troubleshooting machine issues preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
