Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation or reservations as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
