Concierge - Temporary Position with Accommodation in Sheduva, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team on a temporary basis in Sheduva, Pakistan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Make recommendations for dining options, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Arrange reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of 1700$. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the assignment.
