Job Title: Fitter - Industrial Maintenance Technician


As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to keep the equipment in optimal working condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ordering necessary supplies to carry out repairs. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a knowledge of safety protocols.

Your responsibilities as an Industrial Maintenance Technician may include:
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any potential issues
- Troubleshooting complex problems with industrial equipment and machinery
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts as needed
- Following safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any issues that arise
- Ordering necessary supplies for repairs or replacements
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certificate in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a fitter or industrial maintenance technician
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Candidates must be fluent in English. Part-time options may be available.
