We are hiring an experienced Fitter to join our team in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and we are seeking candidates with a valid biometric passport as this is an urgent job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to assemble or repair mechanical systems
- Use various hand and power tools to install, align and adjust mechanical components
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical systems and provide effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of different types of tools and their usage for mechanical work
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of electrical systems would be an asset
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment as required
