Preservation Architect - Ufa, Russia



We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural preservation and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully complete preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess the condition of historic buildings
- Developing plans for preservation or restoration projects
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement preservation plans
- Researching historical documents and materials to inform preservation decisions
- Preparing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation work
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations during preservation projects
- Overseeing construction work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural preservation or restoration
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$. We welcome applications from Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
