Restaurant Manager - Mombasa, Kenya


The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing a restaurant and have excellent leadership and customer service skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain high-quality standards
- Train and develop staff to ensure exceptional service is provided to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant and increasing revenue
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required

This is an urgent position so candidates must be available to start immediately. This is also a contract position without accommodation provided.
