Job Title: Milling Machine Operator

We are a leading manufacturing company located in Eldoret and we are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform milling operations on metal or plastic workpieces
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines
- Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines
- Technical certification in operating milling machines is preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or errors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1000 per month
