Entry-Level Accountant

We are a reputable accounting firm based in Malindi seeking an entry-level accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position, perfect for Indian nationals looking to gain experience in the field of accounting. The salary for this position is $1500 per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets and income statements
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Review financial data for accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Fluent in English (no additional languages required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent organization and time management skills
