Foundryman (Malayalee)


A well-established foundry in Mombasa is seeking an experienced Foundryman who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foundry work and possess the necessary skills to operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, and tools. The ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam is a must as you will be working closely with our Malayalee team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment including furnaces, molds, and tools
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in working order
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is required, basic proficiency in English preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foundryman or similar role
- Experience with operating and maintaining foundry equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit and able to work standing for long periods of time
- Previous experience working with molten metal preferred
