Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by training and developing staff on service standards
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage employee schedules and monitor labor costs
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of driving profitability in previous roles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Portugal without accommodation
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1800 per month.
