Administrative Assistant in La-Condamine, Monaco
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff members
- Act as the point of contact between employees and external clients
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one in order to work in Monaco
- No prior experience is necessary; however, previous administrative experience is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
