Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in Al-Khor. You will use your skills and experience to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix various issues in residential or commercial buildings. This role is suitable for men with experience in handyman work, specifically with Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other building components
- Replace faulty equipment or parts as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and fellow team members
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others while on the job

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

The job is located in Al-Khor. No English language skills are required for this role.
