Handyman for Residential Properties in Al-Khor

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties located in Al-Khor. Your main goal will be to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in good condition for the comfort and safety of residents. You will work closely with property managers to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers or residents
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with building codes
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and contractors
- Keep track of necessary supplies and inform property managers when restocking is needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in residential properties
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month without accommodation.
