Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing tailored solutions
- Conducting site visits to gather information, assess feasibility, and ensure compliance with building codes
- Creating detailed drawings using CAD software
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensuring that all construction materials meet safety standards and regulations
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in Russian (additional languages are a plus)

This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided. This job is suitable for men. We welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities. Please note that fluency in English is not required for this position.
