Industrial Architect
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating industrial structures, including factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into functional and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial structures based on client specifications, budget, and timeline
- Conducting site visits and analyzing data to determine the best design approach
- Creating detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the design
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Presenting designs to clients and making necessary revisions based on their feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical individuals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1700 per month (part-time)
