Industrial Architect (Contract Position)



As an Industrial Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various industrial projects in Monte-Carlo. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$. We welcome both experienced professionals as well as freshers who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of proposed projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture (freshers are also welcome)
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainability principles in architecture
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
