Office Manager (Entry Level) - Monte-Carlo, Monaco
We are a dynamic and growing company based in Monte-Carlo, seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to join our team. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the business world.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Organize and maintain all administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Keep office neat and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No previous experience necessary; we will provide training on the job
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting
