Office Manager - Part Time (Monte-Carlo)



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in office management while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks within the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. You will also handle incoming and outgoing communication and assist with basic accounting tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as you will be interacting with various stakeholders in the office.

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their role as an Office Manager. However, applicants must possess a valid biometric passport and be authorized to work in Monte-Carlo.
