Barber for Busy Salon in Dubai



Our busy salon in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and styling services to our diverse clientele. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but the ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and provide consultations to determine their desired haircut or style
- Perform haircuts and styling services according to client preferences and current trends
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Suggest and sell hair care products to clients as needed
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber, with a portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of current hairstyles, trends, and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional barbering certification is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions on product sales. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. We also offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for international candidates.
