Machine Learning Engineer


As a Machine Learning Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms and models that enable our systems to learn and make intelligent decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your duties will include designing experiments, analyzing data, building and training models, and optimizing algorithms for performance and scalability. You must have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models for various applications
- Collaborate with data scientists to define project goals and success criteria
- Develop data pipelines to feed training data into models
- Evaluate model performance using various metrics
- Optimize algorithms for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Communicate project progress and results to cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on new developments in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel (willingness to relocate preferred)
