We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Your expertise in all aspects of architecture, such as building codes, materials, and design principles, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects meet client needs and are within budget
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other related software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1300/month (without accommodation)
Location: Faro, Portugal
