Senior Architect - Contract Position (Faro, Portugal)


Our growing architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Faro, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts and solutions
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions
- Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications
- Oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
