We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be familiar with the local construction regulations and processes. The main responsibilities of this role will include planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes budgeting, scheduling, hiring contractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, as well as maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
