Job Title: Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the bustling city of Muscat. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that the projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
