Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development


Our well-established construction company in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of infrastructure development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice on project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian language is an advantage).
- Willingness to relocate to Vilnius and work with a diverse team.
