Position: Welder
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Nakuru, Kenya (Preference for Indian nationals)
Employment Type: Full-time, with accommodation provided

Our company is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Nakuru. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment, using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the specifications for the project
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or templates
- Operate welding equipment to cut, shape, join, and repair metal components
- Select and set up welding equipment based on the type of material being welded
- Inspect welded joints and conduct quality control checks to ensure they meet safety standards
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good understanding of safety procedures while operating welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
