Construction Project Manager



Our construction company in Salalah is seeking a highly experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our various projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Ensure quality control of materials, workmanship, and safety standards on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
