We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise restaurant staff in providing excellent customer service and upholding company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to set standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
$1100 per month
