Restaurant Manager - Nepali (Moscow, Russia)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular Nepali restaurant in Moscow, Russia. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling customer complaints, and managing inventory and finances. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Nepali restaurant setting. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Fluency in Nepali is required for this role.

In addition to excellent communication skills, you must also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to think on your feet. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality in both service and food.

Key Responsibilities:
