Carpenter - Residential Construction


We are a well-established construction company in Moscow, seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, frames, flooring, and trim
- Inspect and repair existing structures as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills will be an advantage)
