Senior Accountant (Malayalee Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of our company. This includes preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data to provide strategic insights.

Candidates with previous experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices are preferred. Fluency in both English and Malayalam is also required for effective communication with our diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear manner
