Land Surveyor



A reputable land surveying company in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and property, providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, and preparing detailed reports for clients. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and property using various tools including GPS equipment, total stations, and levels
- Use survey data to produce maps, drawings, and other documentation for construction projects
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Prepare detailed reports for clients that include survey results, analysis, and recommendations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accurate surveying information is used in project planning
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is calibrated properly for accurate measurements
- Follow all safety procedures while conducting surveys on-site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor required
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and software (AutoCAD)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
