Web Designer (Malayalee/Nepali) in Izhevsk, Russia

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and specifications. Your primary focus will be on creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand their vision and requirements for the website design
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Design website layout, graphics, color schemes, and other visual elements using various design software
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and client's expectations
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for different devices
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design software
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Fluency in Malayalam or Nepali preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Part-time options may also be available.
