Concierge Assistant



Position Summary:
Our luxury hotel in Utena is seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the concierge in making reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and businesses in order to make recommendations to guests
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Assist with luggage handling for guests when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area and ensure it is always presentable
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and colleagues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth within the company.

This position is located at our luxury hotel in Utena, Canada.
