Concierge for Seasonal Hotel in Utena, Lithuania


We are hiring a Nepali concierge for a seasonal hotel in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali (English proficiency is not required)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
