We are a leading architectural firm in Washington, USA seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for industrial design and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for industrial projects
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in industrial design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial design principles, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with opportunities for growth within our firm. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
