Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models for industrial buildings and structures
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it adheres to the approved designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Washington or similar cities
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
