Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator for our busy rental company in Bungoma, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rental process from start to finish. This includes processing rental requests, scheduling deliveries and pickups, and maintaining accurate records of rental agreements and payments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all rental equipment is properly maintained and serviced. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
In this role, you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele, including Pakistani and Filipino nationals. A proficiency in English is required, as well as the ability to adapt to different cultural backgrounds. This position comes with an attractive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as accommodation options if needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the rental industry. They must also possess strong computer skills and be familiar with inventory management software. A valid driver's license is required as some travel may be necessary. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.
